Service Policy

We offer a full range of automotive services including diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and customization. All work is performed only after customer approval. A written estimate will be provided before services begin, and no additional work will be done without your consent.

Estimates & Payments

Estimates are valid for 14 days. Once approved, we will complete services within the agreed timeline, subject to part availability and complexity of the job. Payment in full is required upon service completion. We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment methods. Vehicles will only be released after payment is received in full.

Warranty Policy

We provide a limited warranty on parts and labor for up to 12 months or 12,000 miles—whichever comes first. Warranty coverage may vary depending on the parts used or the service performed. Details will be provided at the time of service.

Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide accurate vehicle information and disclose any known issues before service begins. Auto Lab Certified is not responsible for service delays or additional problems resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

Vehicle Storage

Vehicles must be picked up within three (3) days of service completion. A daily storage fee may apply for late pickups unless prior arrangements have been made.

Liability Disclaimer

We take every precaution to ensure the safety of your vehicle. However, Auto Lab Certified is not liable for damage or loss due to fire, theft, vandalism, or other circumstances beyond our control while your vehicle is in our care.

Appointment & Cancellation

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may be subject to a service fee due to scheduling disruptions or preparation costs.

Privacy Policy

Auto Lab Certified is committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal or vehicle information collected is used solely for service-related purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.

Policy Updates

Auto Lab Certified reserves the right to update or amend these policies at any time. Changes will be posted on our official platforms and will take effect immediately.
