At Auto Lab Certified, we offer a comprehensive range of automotive services, including diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and custom automotive work. All services are performed with the customer’s full approval, and a detailed written estimate will be provided before any work begins. No additional work will be carried out without your explicit consent, ensuring complete transparency and trust throughout the process.

Estimates issued by Auto Lab Certified are valid for 14 days unless otherwise noted. Once approved, we strive to complete the work within the agreed timeframe, subject to parts availability and the scope of services required. Full payment is due upon completion of all services. We accept cash, major credit and debit cards, and approved digital payment platforms. Vehicles will not be released until full payment has been received.

We take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship. Auto Lab Certified provides a limited warranty on parts and labor, typically covering 12 months or 12,000 miles—whichever comes first. Warranty terms may vary based on the manufacturer or specific type of service, and those details will be discussed at the time of service.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete vehicle information and disclosing any known issues prior to the start of service. Auto Lab Certified cannot be held liable for delays or unexpected issues that arise due to inaccurate or incomplete information. Vehicles left at our facility for more than three (3) days after service completion may incur a daily storage fee unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in advance.

While we take every possible precaution to safeguard your vehicle, Auto Lab Certified is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from fire, theft, vandalism, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control while your vehicle is in our possession.

If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a fee to cover any labor preparation or disruptions in scheduling.

Auto Lab Certified values your privacy. All personal and vehicle-related information collected is used strictly to perform our services and improve customer experience. We will never share or sell your data to third parties without your consent, unless required by law.

We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our official platforms and will take effect immediately upon posting.
